I'm looking for a specific book about a mermaid?
I read this book in middle school. It had a dark blue jacket and some sort of mermaid on it; I think the moon was also incorporated. I thought the title was "Siren", but I haven't been able to find it. It deals with a story from mythology... A man named Phil...something (maybe) is shipwrecked on an island and falls in love with a siren. I think a jealous queen kills him or something, idk. I also remember he builds the siren a beautiful building on the island, with mosaics. Any ideas would be appreciated, if you even know what story from mythology I'm talking about, anything.
