The one here in town has one right beside the chimney at the back of the roof of the church. Also the United church in town also has an owl perched at the top of its steeple. I'm sure its not limited to this town. These are churches after all, and places of worship, I'm just wondering what all these people are REALLY worshipping.
That's funny - about the decoy thing - because it actually ATTRACTS birds. Every time I pass by, there are birds sitting on it or congregated around it.
