Gourmet Oyster Mushroom Kits - Indoor Kit 

Pearl Oyster Mushrooms

 Gourmet Oyster Mushroom Kits are a ball approximately 10” in diameter and weigh approximately 10 pounds. The ball is a combination of living mycelium growing through straw. There are holes punched in the bag from which beautiful clusters of fruit will emerge. Each comes with a tent bag to keep humidity high. They require a bright spot with no direct sun and daily misting with non-chlorinated water. They should fruit 1-3 weeks after arrival and with proper care will produce several pounds of delicious mushrooms over a 1-2 month time. The Pearl Oyster Mushrooms (pleurotus ostreatus) are delicious and fairly easy to grow they prefer temperatures of 55-70 degrees (and would even like night time lows of 45-50).

Lion’s Mane Mushroom Kits - Indoor Kit

The Lion’s Mane or Beard Mushroom Kits come ready to fruit in a bag containing supplemented wood chips inoculated with lion’s mane mushroom mycelium. There are a couple of holes punched in the bag from which beautiful mushrooms will emerge. Each comes with a tent bag to keep humidity high. They require a bright spot with no direct sun and daily misting with non-chlorinated water. They should fruit 1-3 weeks after arrival and with proper care will produce several large mushrooms, each weighing up to one pound, over a 1-2 month time.
