is it safe to send wood product to US through DHL?
I heard US have some regulation on wood products.
My product is a teak wood carving, finished with PU water-base solvent.
is it going to be quarantine if I send it by DHL?
DHL isn't where you might have trouble. The problem would be with U.S. Customs. The concern it if the wood harbors insects that are not native to the U.S. Non native insects have done much damage to American trees because they have no natural predators here to keep their populations in balance. Teak usually does not attract insects and a carving would be very easy to inspect. If your carving is free of insects you shouldn't have any trouble exporting it to the US.
